I placed my order on Thursday at 4.50pm, received an email on Friday at 4.10pm to say my package was ready for the next delivery slot and would be sent on the next working day. Due to the weekend my parcel came Monday at 12.30pm. I am really happy with how quick this arrived (I had the free estimated 48hrs from dispatch delivery as my order came to over £25). My order came in good condition and included three reasonably sized free samples which I'm excited to try. I love the layout of this website, it's simple to navigate and I like the personal aspects such as Maree's blog and when you click on a product it says why she likes it. I will be repurchasing from this website as I have received great service and I'm happy I've finally found a UK website that stocks more than one Korean brand without the stress of having to worry about customs fees!
