Items returned to Beauty & Seoul from our delivery partners
Packages will be sent back to Beauty & Seoul in the event of an unsuccessful delivery having exceeded the time period awaiting customer collection. In most cases the delivery partner will leave a slip with details of the missed delivery, sometimes this is not the case. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the shipping using the email link provided when purchasing.
All parcels returned to Beauty & Seoul from the delivery partner due to a failure to collect will be instantly refunded and placed back in stock.
Items damaged in transit
We take care in the packing to ensure the products arrive securely and safely, however, if your package has been damaged in transit please take photos and email them to us immediately at email@example.com and we will rectify the situation. Please note if we do not have photographic evidence, or if you contact us more than 2 days after receipt of the package, then we may be unable to process another package.
Items lost in transit
Royal Mail does an excellent job at servicing our customers however packages can be misplaced on very rare occasions. We supply tracking IDs for all packages to help trace where your package is at anytime - please check this first. Often the item has been placed in holding at your local depot after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. If you are based in the UK and the parcel has been in transit for longer than 10 working days and the status of your package is still in transit, your package maybe lost. In this case, please check that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct. If it is correct, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as the item may be lost in transit.
- On weekdays (regular working days) all orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day
- On weekends or UK bank holidays, orders will be dispatched on the next working day available.
- Therefore, all orders made after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next available working day (normally Monday)
- Your order will be sent to your delivery address, as informed during the checkout procedure. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Beauty & Seoul assumes no responsibility.
- Any delivery timescales are indicative only. Delivery times are subject to the delays by the postal courier, we do not accept liability if there are delays to the delivery.
- As said above, for non-EU countries, each country has different methods of processing imported goods. Please be patient and expect that delays may occur as the receiving country processes the package. This is of no responsibility of Beauty & Seoul
- You may leave special instructions for delivery on the cart page. But please be aware that any items which are lost or missing due to instructions which compromise a secure delivery are of no responsibility of Beauty & Seoul
