Combination
If your skin feels dry in some places but oily in others you most likely have combination skin, like me. Usually this means an oily T-Zone (chin, nose and forehead) but a dry U-Zone (cheeks). For combination skin types, you may need to have the most products at your disposal to tackle areas which are oily and also areas which are dry. Overtime though, your skin may well balance out making your life much easier! In the meantime, for dry areas, use a creamy, oil-based moisturiser that will nourish and hydrate your skin from within. When it comes to the oily T-zone, use a BHA exfoliator and a lightweight, gel-type moisturiser can prevent clogged pores. Don’t forget to double cleanse which will help remove excess sebum and therefore help balance out oil levels.
