What is so special about Korean Skincare?

KBeauty is all about maintaining flawless, glowing skin, therefore, minimising the need for heavy make up. In Korea, women (who spend more on beauty products than any other nation), are obsessed with skincare and work hard to attain that healthy ‘glow’.

Given this nationwide dedication to skincare and beauty, the industry in South Korea is highly competitive; meaning companies strive to discover the next ‘it’ ingredient. They invest huge amounts in research and development whilst keeping prices competitive for the consumer. Such is the popularity and faith in KBeauty that experts estimate Korean skincare innovation to be 12 years ahead of their American and French counterparts.

What is the Ten Step Korean Skincare Routine?

The ten-step skincare routine is essentially ten steps that Koreans use in their regime to achieve perfectly glowing skin. One thing to note is that it's not necessarily saying you should do all ten steps everyday! More that these are the ten steps/products you should have in your arsenal to achieve great skin. Ordering and delivery

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately we cannot offer you the ability to change or cancel an existing order via our website. Please contact help@beautyandseoul.co.uk and we'll be happy to change or cancel any orders that have not yet been packed and sent for shipping.

What are my delivery options?

Do you offer free shipping?

If you are based in UK, we offer free second class delivery on all orders over £25

For EU countries, we offer free first class delivery on all orders over £125

For Rest of World, we offer free first class delivery on all orders over £150

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes we do! We can now reach you anywhere in the world between 5-9 days (estimated).

Also, the prices on our website include UK Value added tax so when you checkout, this tax will be removed so your items will be cheaper (currently 20% cheaper!)

But please note for overseas countries, customs charges and customs delays may occur and are of no responsibility of Beauty & Seoul

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

How do I return an item?

You may return any items within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund or exchange as long as the product is not damaged, has not been opened and is in a resalable condition.

We do not accept the following returns;

  • For hygiene reasons we can not accept return of used cosmetics, makeup or beauty accessories.
  • If an item is returned to us and fails to adhere to the above conditions, we will not refund the item and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping if they wish to have the product returned to them.
  • Items bought on Sale cannot be refunded

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will process your return as quickly as possible. You should receive a refund within 2 weeks, however if you have not please follow these steps;

  1. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@beautyandseoul.co.uk

Will I receive my postage back if I refund all the items?

Unfortunately not. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we haven't received your item we cannot process any refund.

Orders

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of £10, £25 or £50.

Can products be pre-ordered for delivery?

Unfortunately, if an item is out of stock it cannot be pre-ordered. However, when a product is out of stock we offer the ability for you to leave your email address and be notified as soon as it returns to our shelves. If you want to know more details about when the product may be back in stock, please contact us at help@beautyandseoul.co.uk and we will be able to help you out.

For special launches such as a new brand or the advent calendar, we may set out a pre order.

What payment forms do you accept?

We use the secure Shopify Payments platform which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Apple Pay.

You can also purchase on Beauty & Seoul using the secure Paypal platform 

Will I receive samples with my order?

YES! We love samples, they are one of my favourite things about shopping KBeauty in Korea. Whilst we cannot guarantee that we can always get a healthy supply of them for our customers, we aim to send out samples with every order, and plenty.

Can I use multiple promotional codes on one order?

Unfortunately, only one promotional code can be used per order. 

Where can I find the expiration date of the product I have purchased?

The expiration will be written on the container in dd/mm/yyyy format. There is normally two dates, the batch date and the use by date. The use by date is the later of the two.

My delivery arrived damaged

Oh no! We're terribly sorry about this :(. Our delivery partner Hermes does a fantastic job servicing our customers but occasionally items can be dropped, trapped or squashed which can damage our packages. If your package has been damaged in transit please take photos and email them to us immediately at help@beautyandseoul.co.uk and we will rectify the situation. Please note if we do not have photographic evidence, or if you contact us more than 2 days after receipt of the package, then we may be unable to process another package.

Where do you source your products from?

Beauty & Seoul works directly with our partner brands in the first instance and our trusted 3rd party vendors. We are fortunate enough to have met the majority of our partners in South Korea in person and have regular communication with them. We do not resell products from any unverified 3rd party sources. We believe this is critical in order for us to provide our customers with authentic, recently manufactured products.
