This essence toner is so lovely and soothing and it lasts forever so great value for money

nice toner, does the job but nothing special. good value for money.

I have used this product for 5 days. I don’t think it is enough for my mature dry skin.. even after patting in 3 layers of this essence toner, my skin still felt dry. There was no bounce to it.

I absolutely love this product, which I use regularly along with Pyungkang Yul's moisturisers – I use the nutrition cream and the moisture cream. I suffer from extremely dry, sensitive skin that's now prone to mask acne, or rather it was before I started using Pyungkang Yul products. The toner has helped to revitalise and change the complexion of my skin. I've also experienced far less mask-induced breakouts since I started using the products. After 6 weeks of regular and liberal use, my skin is hydrated, and so much more even in tone that I don't even need to use tinted moisturiser anymore when I wear make-up. Cannot recommend Pyunkang Yul's products enough.

Perfect for sensitive skin, simple ingredient list and no fragrance or alcohol, really helps with redness and hydration, a staple in my routine!

I am absolutely appalled by this product. After my skin finally improving after months of dealing with stubborn acne scars, I thought I would incorporate this toner into my routine. It made me breakout in 3 different areas of my face, where I NEVER get spots. The spots were huge and disgusting, and are now brand new scars on my face which will take months to go away thanks to Pyunkang Yul. I would not recommend this product to anyone, it is awful and will break you out. Could literally not have had a worse experience with a toner, I will never purchase a Pyungkang Yul product again.

This is my second time purchasing this toner and I love it so much! It's minimal yet super effective ingredient list is great for my combination/oily & sensitive skin. I also love the texture of it - it is not too watery but still spreads very easily and is quickly absorbed into the skin. It's hydrating yet also leaves my skin looking very fresh instead of greasy. I was drawn to this toner because of the very minimal ingredients as I was sure I would get more of the good stuff. I’ve been using it for almost 2 weeks and I love the texture and the way my skin feels soft and moisturised. I have yet to visibly see any results but I’m sure it would take a couple more weeks. So far I’m happy!

This is my favourite toner! My skin feels hydrated after use and it doesn’t cause irritation. I prefer unscented products and this is perfect, would definitely recommend!

I love this product so much! This was my first time using essence and now I'm hooked. I have combination skin and this has really helped my skin balance itself out, I no longer suffer from any dry patches and the oiliness has reduced. Im using this along with Pyunkang Yul moisture serum, cosrx AHA/BHA toner and oil-free moisturiser and overall they really work well for my skin. Ive seen a massive improvement in the month i’ve been using these products, my skin has never felt to hydrated and healthy, 10/10 would recommend!

This is amazing! It is light, refreshing, soothing and moisturising. I have oily skin with some dry patches and redness. This is light and hydrating and does not make my skin feel oily. I have noticed an improvement in my skin since using and am now looking at other products in the range. I think this will work well on all skin types, it’s very gentle and soothing. I would recommend it.

I had high Hope's for this product but I just found it to be too mattifying rather than hydrating and to really get any hydration you really need to wet your face before you put it on. I do love the minimal ingredient list though but I probably wont be repurchasing as I dont feel it has a place in my routine.

Been using this for around 2 weeks now and it is the most hydrating toner/essence I have used and sits well with all the other products in my routine - was experiencing pilling with my previous toner but no problems with this one! A little goes a long long long way, will definitely be repurchasing once this runs out!

This is my first time buying Korean skincare. My skin has become quite sensitive and dry over the last 2yrs and nothing has really worked. I’ve been using this toner-essence for a week and can already feel & see the difference. I don’t use a cotton pad like the instructions suggest but pat a few drops onto my skin in the morning and night. I’m also in love with the serum which was given to me as a sample. I actually got quite a few samples which got me really excited. So glad my first purchase wasn’t a fail! Will definitely be ordering again. Great products and customer service.

This is my first bottle and I absolutely love it. After first used I can feel my skin is so hydrating! I always had a big problem with my acne skin. Definitely recommend! Also really good customer service and fast delivery.

This essence toner is the best what happened to my skin. It calms down all redness and heat on my cheeks plus moisturise so well . The consistency is little thicker then the water but for me it’s a +. Not sticky at all. Love it ❤️

This is my 4th bottle. I normally get the 100ml bottles, this time I got a 200ml for home and a 100ml for my gym bag! I really love this toner that much. It's super hydrating yet light and not sticky at all. I apply a few drops between each step of my skincare routine for a super boost of hydration and to aid all my lovely products to absorb better. Can't get enough of it. Absolutely recommend!!

What a fabulous product. This toner is one of two products of my very first order from Beauty and Seoul and after what feels like a lifetime of trying to find products to suit my dry and very sensitive skin, and never really succeeding, I finally have with this fabulous Korean skincare range from Beauty and Seoul. So to review this lovely toner, you don't need much to get an effect, (so should last a goodish time), I just use about 7 or 8 drops which does my whole face. It spreads easily, but I do it fairly quickly as it doesn't take long to sink in completely, leaving skin soft and refreshed. Within a few minutes the red patches on my cheeks looked soothed with the redness reduced. I can imagine in summer months, I could use it at least once a day without needing an additional product, but whilst it's cold outside it layers perfectly underneath the Klairs moisturiser. Wouldn't like to be without this now and am so looking forward to trying more products. Love this company, great range, good value and brilliant customer service :-)

My skin was a mess when I first got this. Dry and flaking, and TBH I wasn’t sure that this toner was hydrating enough or even doing anything at all — it seemed so thin and light, it felt like water. BUT then ... ... after continued use I noticed plumper, smoother and brighter skin with less irritation. My skin just loves this. Buying the larger size next time.

Always drawn to products with a simple ingredients list with 1 - 2 ingredient rating on cosdna - it didn't disappoint! It's perfect for my sensitive, acne-prone, combination skin! Look at how much I've used and love it! Despite its low viscosity, it is very moisturising - a little goes a long way. It ticked off the top of my checklist; it didn't clog my skin and it doesn't have any fragrance! This is my first Pyunkang Yul product and I am excited to try out more!

It has a very watery texture, doesnt feel very hydrating. I have used the hada labo hyaluronic acid toner and its much more hydrating to the the skin. I think this product would benefit people with a very oily skin.

Read great things about this product on various skincare forums. This is amazing stuff! I use twice a day, first application using a cotton pad then 3 or 4 patting it gently into my skin. My skin feels hydrated and soft and ready for thicker serums.

Absolutely love the way this sits on my skin. At first contact with my skin I was worried it may be slightly greasy. Boy was I wrong! It absorbed beautifully into my skin and left me with a lovely glow. I usually have oily skin and by the end of the day most products succumb to the grease in my skin. Not this one! Excellent oil balance and control, I will definitely be purchasing again.

This essence toner has changed my skin completely. The acne scars and redness around my cheeks area are suddenly vanished in just with one use. It calms the skin and most importantly hydrates and evens the skin tone. I would recommend this to anyone. Especially if they have dry and sensitive skin.

I thought it was going to be greasy but it is not, a small amount covers my face and it doesn't feel sticky.

I have just ordered my second (and this time larger size!) bottle of this toner; I really love it and can’t see myself ever using a different toner again. It’s so refreshing to apply after cleansing and feels very moisturising; completely different to any other toner I have used before. It really does add something. My skin has been feeling very dry all winter and nothing I tried seem to help. Over the last few weeks it has felt so much more comfortable and although it’s obviously not just the toner (loving the Pyunkang Yul balancing gel and nutrition cream too) I really think it has contributed to the better health and appearance of my skin. I’m recommending to everyone! I also can’t speak highly enough of Beauty and Seoul; I love browsing the products and the service is second to none. I'm rather frugal with skincare and tend to do excessive research before I purchase anything, and I can say without a shadow of doubt that this is a really beautiful piece of skincare! The texture is lovely, and the sort of toner you feel that you should put on before you move to the heavier stuff!

This is such an amazing toner for those with dry skin. When I put the toner on a cotton pad and swipe it around my face, I notice it removed residue. This is something that I love. I also like that there is no fragrances in the toner. It is lightweight and absorbs into the skin very well.

one of the first essences I have ever used and its soo soothing and refreshing when applied on skin after a face toner . I usually apply it after my Mario badescu rose water and its gives you a natural glow , I then apply any serum such as m vitamin c serum . DEFFO will purchase again.

I love this toner! I needed a new more affordable toner after my beloved Origins Mega-Mushroom Treatment Lotion ran out. This Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is incredible. I loved the Origins toner because it soothed the redness in my skin without drying my skin out or being too harsh. This Pyunkang essence toner does the same for the fraction of the cost! The formula seems like water as it drips out, but it is slightly thicker so I don't feel the need to use a cotton ball to apply. I use 6-7 drops which is enough to cover face, neck, and chest. It feels thick going on, but within seconds is absorbed. The fact it has no smell makes it perfect for layering products! I don't really need an essence after it, but I still like to apply the COSRX Snail 96 Mucin Essence on top plus additional serums and moisturizer, because... winter. Thanks Maree!

I have been using the essence toner for almost 6 months now and I'm about to finish my 2nd bottle. I love how the toner makes my skin feel hydrated. My skin is normal / sensitive. I get dry patches on my nose and chin area during the winter but I have realized since using this essence toner , my nose and chin has not been as dry as before. I also wear the nutrition cream and the combination of the toner and the cream leaves my skin very hydrated. I use the balancing get as the last step after my sunscreen and I feel it helps to keep my skin hydrated all day. I recently bought the mist toner so I have to use it for some time at least 6 weeks to see how well it works for my skin before leaving any reviews. Will definitely purchase the essence toner and nutrition cream!

I have a very dry skin and this essence toner is a must have! It is lightweight, absorbs quickly and moisturises my skin. I also love the fact that it has only the main ingredients without the unnecessary addition of fragrances or other ingredients that could irritate the skin.

I really like this toner, it’s got a gel consistency unlike other toners so it just glides onto your face and it doesn’t dry your skin out.

This is magic! I don’t often say that about a beauty product, but I quite simply love everything about this - especially its effect on the appearance of my skin. I saw a difference immediately. My skin was dewy and soft. I couldn’t believe how good it looked : ) I was worried it might be too heavy or greasy or block my pores, but it’s none of those things. It’s light and feels wonderful on my skin. No spots, no breakouts - just lovely smooth skin. I’ve been using it religiously morning and night for weeks but there’s still loads left in the bottle so it’s good value for money as well, and the blue bottle and packaging is beautiful. Please don’t ever stop stocking this!

Great for sensitive skin, it has no scent and hasn't given my skin any trouble at all. However it isn't as hydrating as I have read in some reviews and I have dry skin. I prefer to use this without a toner pad but my fingers instead to make the most out of it.

Love the toner has a very lovely smell and my skin absorbs it rather quickly.

I used this product for a few days and it made my skin the worst it has ever been. My skin was so dry that it hurt to smile and I was breaking out ferociously. I don't understand why this product caused this reaction as I have never had this reaction to a skincare product before, and I love this brand's mist toner. Even in the couple of days of using it before it wrecked my skin it had an unpleasant sticky texture that woudn't spread, and didn't leave my skin feeling hydrated at all

The item came very quickly, and included samples (which is always nice)! IV only used the Toner for a few days but I have noticed how soft and plump my skin is looking, so I'm excited to try some other products from the brand!

The consistency of the essence is great, and I like that I can combine essence and toner. Usually timers make me break out for some strange reason, but this is doing an excellent job!

This toner is hydrating but light! I had been using the Benton BHA toner (which is fantastic) and felt like for me personally I shouldn't use BHA everyday. When I want to do the Korean 7 Skin Method I need a very gentle and hydrating toner so this one is perfect. I have dehydrated/combination skin, even in summer, but with the recent UK heatwave I didn't want anything too heavy so this toner has been perfect. Also, Pyunkang Yul packaging is gorgeous - minimal and chic!

Purchased this toner after reading loads of good reviews and so far I am not disappointed. The texture is a bit oily which I like because it leaves that nice feeling of moisture but without being sticky. Using it as a part of PM routine - after all cleansers before serum, and AM routine - after face wash before serum.

I might be biased, as this is now my favourite korean brand, but i really enjoy this toner. It's lightly hydrating and is perfect for the 7 skins method. Due to it's minimal ingredients and lack of frangrance it's very gentle and non-irritating. Deffinately a new staple toner.

After suffering from very dry skin this winter, I decided to buy this essence toner as I heard it was all-natural and perfect for intense moisturisation. I have been using it as part of the seven-skin method and I'm happy to say that not only has my dry skin gone away but overall my skin is looking much more glowing and even-toned! :D

I have been using the essence toner for two weeks now and though it’s really too soon to give you long term effects but my skin is definitely plump, hydrated and firm when using this. I have also noticed that the surface lines are indeed less noticeable. But I have also introduced serums from iunik and they are all kinds of gorgeous! I will continue to use pyunkang yul and def. repurchase. Oh and thank you guys for the very fast dispatch and for environment-friendly packaging! No plastics anywhere here! I love love love you for it. I will forever remain your customer ❤️❤️

The bottle wasn't fully closed when I opened the package and some product had spilled, although luckily not a lot. The air exposure might have been adverse to the formula, however. I entered in contact with the team about this, but was completely ignored, so not planning further purchases at this time. There was also some dust on top of the bottle itself inside the packaging somehow? I also started breaking out on my chin a couple days into using it, so not too happy, but I am waiting to see if it stops as my skin gets used to it, or even if it's just a coincidence. Really don't appreciate the lack of answer from customer service in regards to the first issue.
